AI-driven interviews

Earlier today I got an email that I was being referred to an AI company as a generalist expert. And I had an AI-driven interview for 14 minutes. These kind of interviews (automated screening) have completely reshaped the early-stage hiring landscape compared to the traditional ones (when you have to face a human). Has anyone here experienced the same and how was it?

@rakski That's something out of my control I guess. But it was actually a nice experience to be interviewed by AI for first time. It's a 14-minute interview but for me it only lasted for 7 minutes. I think when AI got the information needed, it's gonna take less.

Yes, they’ve doing it already and I just had an AI interview. It’s just like you’re talking to yourself lol. But behind that AI is transcribing all the things that you’re saying basically. When you’ve passed that screening then you’re ready to face a human lol.

Well I would t be relying on anything other than me myself and I when I take someone on to work for me
