Slept late. I don't think Nutty likes the hot weather we are having. He spent a lot of time sprawled out over the feeder and even some time on the ground under the trees. That is how they cool off..laying flat on something. One of my squirrel friends came into the garage while I was inside. The only way I know they did was because there were crumbs from a peanut on my seat. I put the Boston Butt Roast in the crock pot around 2pm. I seasoned it with salt and pepper, then took Lipton Onion Soup...mixed it with a little over 1 cup of water and poured it over the roast. We made sandwiches around 7pm. OMG, that was the best Boston Butt I have ever eaten. I hate cooking them, because they just don't have any flavor until you put some BBQ sauce on them, but this one was soooo tasty. That Onion Soup really gave the roast some flavor. Can't wait to fix the other half of that roast. No idea what to fix for supper tomorrow night.
