I went to the library, and picked up the two books that I had on hold. When I went to the counter the librarian noted one of the books I was reading and made a comment about how so many people were reading it. Then when I said something about thinking the book I had was the last in the series, she said she didn't think so and looked it up. She said no, there was a few more to go and they had the next book in the library and did I want her to go and get it. I said sure--it's a graphic novel, so it won't be too long of a read. Of the three books I wound up getting I started with "The Wide-Awake Princess", which is longer On the way home, I went to the store and picked up some bread, and sandwiches (wraps) for lunch. I was in the self-check out area when my brother called, and he said in part of our conversation that a lady I knew who drove by me last night (I forgot to add this part of the story, but it was long enough) that I used to work with told another lady I used to work with about seeing me. They both knew it was out of character for me to be standing around on a sidewalk at ten o clock at night in a town I didn't even live in. So, my brother told me that the second lady was really concerned, and I should call her and let her know everything was okay (she's a little older than me, and kind of "motherly". ) I promised I would, and when I got home I called and wound up leaving a message on her phone, as she didn't answer. I told her I was okay, and if she wanted to know what was going on to call me back, so I may get a call back later today. Now, I'm thinking of lunch. I hope all is well with you in your part of myLot land!

It was so sweet of her to be concerned.

I love reading novels too. Sadly, we don't have a functional library in my state. If you want any novel, you have to borrow from a friend or buy
