So, my doctor finally went over the results of my allergy test from last week. She confirmed that I have a pretty bad dust mite allergy and recommended a 4-year immunotherapy treatment. I’ll have to get a vaccine shot every month. Ugh... this is definitely not going to be fun. Do you have any allergy?

I’m allergic to dust mites too, but I just take an occasional allergy pill that is over the counter. I’m also allergic to mold, pollen, mildew, and grass. Your allergy must be terrible to actually suggest shots.

You have a lot of allergies. How do you manage your life with all of those allergies? Yes, mine is severe.

@Ayu2026 I just take an occasional allergy pill, except in spring I take one every other day. If I forget my skin itches, my skin breaks out, my eyes get bloodshot, my nose gets red, and I sneeze all the time.

@AmbiePam Wow, that is exactly what I experience when my allergy flares up, except I don't sneeze I keep our bed, couches, cloths everything clean, vacuumed, however it seemed not helping much.
