...good ol' menopause. That, as I understood, was what the doctor said was causing my monthly symptoms. She said that I could try eating less "processed" and more "fresh" foods, and also made an appointment for me with another doctor for August. This one's supposed to talk to me about Hormone Replacement Therapy. There was no mail to get today, but I need to go out and water the plants. I feel lousy, but I guess it is what it is. I hope that all is well with you iin your part of myLot land!

That would be great if your insurance would pay for HRT.

Aye Try and cut the processed food out And eat lots of fresh food, fruit, veg, HRT might well help Good luck with it, hope it never gets really bad like it gets with one of our neighbours
