George has his swim shorts on, and I'm about to finish getting ready. George also has had his morning meds, too. Looking forward to trying to use the pool again, but if not the tredmill will do just fine. The Y closes early on the weekends, but I don't know if he'd want to be there all day as it is. When we went on Monday, we were there for about an hour.
Anyway, I'll let you know how things go.

@Ineeddentures The water felt colder than we'd expected, but we hadn't been in a pool in a year. So it's understandable none the less.

Hope you enjoyed your time at the gym. I hate when that happens; suddenly the apartment gets so dark and some rain spits down and then stops and I am wondering if any loud booms will follow.

I wish we had a Y near us. Mainly for the pool. I don't have to tell you how hot it gets here. Also its great for the muscles. Which are sore after all the work we've been doing.

We have to drive about ten fifteen minutes to get to the larger Y. The one near us is kind of small and not as accessible.
