..so I talk a lot about the frequent power outages in Nigeria and It's wild how some people can't picture life without constant electricity ... they really think electricity 24/7 is the norm worldwide! .. I get it, but we have to survive, tbh... People asking how I cook, charge my phone, or stay frequent online if we truly don't have electricity. The truth is.. it's a hustle! Generators are the go-to, but the noise and expensive fuel are a real pain, especially now... That's why a lot of us are pivoting to solar. ..the initial setup is steep, but trust me, it pays off. ..S/o to my friends who let me charge my phone and power bank cos I don't have solar in my house.. it's a lifesaver! Just wish things were different, but we keep pushing.
