I had started this post on my laptop and then got distracted and now I don’t have my laptop in front of me, but I have my phone with voice to text so that is how I am doing this post now if you don’t like it, you don’t have to read it. It really won’t hurt my feelings.
Whenever I talk about whether or ask people about whether I feel exceptionally old. I feel like the weather is one of those old people conversation is kind of like new ailments or who died recently.
Anyway, we have had a lot of rain in the past week and I expected the same today but it hasn’t rained on us at all and we’ve been here since 830 this morning. It was actually pretty sunny and clear this morning up until about lunchtime. It was of course hot and muggy, but it was still clear in the last couple hours. It’s gotten darker and darker, but it still hasn’t rained. It looks like the rain went to the north of us and we just got the wind in the clouds.
Oh, the joys of hurricane season.

It's been steamy hot and muggy here in Gainesville. It rained for about 5 minutes this afternoon, just long enough to shoot the humidity up to about 1000%. Summer sucks in Florida. Especially in interior locations like Gainesville.

Yeah, the only time that it’s been even bearable to have the windows down and not wanna cry is either really early in the morning when we are on the way to the job site or at 10 o’clock at night when we’re on the way home and I couldn’t even sit outside with Kris to smoke because it’s still miserable out there

@thislittlepennyearns Even late at night it’s still been too muggy to be outside. And last night it was still raining until way after midnight.

@moffittjc it only rained for about 10 minutes where we were today, but it’s supposed to be rain tomorrow
