It was a nice surprise!

So I showed up a little early, and beat my sister and her family to church today (they lived 2 1/2 hours away and wanted to surprise my dad on Father’s Day). I wanted to be there first so I could see the look on my dad’s face when he saw them. As you might guess, he was very happy to see them. After church, my dad suggested Fuzzy’s Taco Shop for lunch, but when we arrived, it was closed for reservations. So we went to Del Taco instead. The only problem I had was during the sermon, the guy preaching was going a little long, and I started to feel a little funny. I hated to walk out of the sanctuary, but I had to excuse myself, and waited outside the rest of the service. And I never get up and walk out. Unless you’re sick or need to go to the bathroom, I think it’s a distraction to the person talking. My sister and brother-in-law got my dad an endoscopy. He was so excited. He’s definitely going to use that, even if some of you are just thinking of a medical procedure right now. Picture is of Annelyn this morning, missing a few teeth now. What’s going on right now?
