Last week, I was bitten by a mosquito and it leaves a red spot on my skin. It wasn't itchy.
I didn't mind it.
Also I'd been taking over my cousin tasks on our store by washing dishes since her schedule at school is night time.
The mosquito bite got irritated.
As I show up in the office it's not how I used too. Wearing long sleeves is very unusual.
It's not my intention to hide it but I don't like when I caught so much attention and being questioned what happened.
So low-key heal it.
But there is one person in the office who knows. She asked me this morning if the mosquito bite that got irritated have healed.
I answered jokingly, I'm wearing long sleeves because I put a wound dressing on it. Others might mistaken I have tried to take my life.
She laughed, because she just realized that it was on my wrists.
Photo is the wound dressing I used to cover my skin on my wrist that got irritated and turn to few blister.

Well when you cover up , people think the worst.
If you had tried to take your life you wouldn't slash across a vein, you would slash vertically
But what has it got to do with anyone what you are wearing and why you are marked on the skin

Actually that probably was a mistake. If the wound wasn't openn no need to cover it. air actually helps it to heal. You can do more harm than good by doing that.
I don't hide injuries, because of the above reasons. I'll cover them if they are open or have been activly bleeding, but otherwise no.

@Jehanne It's still a risk, because if you're worried about it rubbing. even with a band-aid it would still rub. But, it's good you leave it open.

I don't usually cover wounds unless they are open. They usually heal faster if they are uncovered.
