I really don't like this new pharmacy

So, I guess I didn't ask the "right" questions, but when I was out there the other day I asked them if they stocked my particular BP med. They said they had it available in an extended release form. I said OK, and sent a message to my doctor in regard to it. The doctor was asking me which one I favored, apparently there were two kinds. I said, I didn't care, as long as the pharmacy would have it in stock. So he picked one..not sure if they had the other one in stock, or it was their game plan to have another pharmacy fill it, but imagine my shock today when it said refill in progress. ??? What this should have been done yesterday. She said they were waiting for it to come in from another location but should be ready by 10:30. ??? Oh boy.
