Corned beef and lettuce on potato bread rolls for lunch.

I do like corned beef but didn’t want to open a tin so I just got a couple of slices from the deli counter at the supermarket. Thinner sliced than I would have done, but, hey ho ……it doesn’t really matter…. I used two of the potato bread rolls I got yesturday ….i have one left now. A added shredded lettuce ….i know, I NEVER eat lettuce, and some mayo ….. It was a lovely lunch …. What have you had to eat today ?
