Making yoghurt

I've been making my own soy yogurt for smoothies for seven years, ever since my husband taught me. It's incredibly easy! I simply mix one tablespoon of starter into one to two liters of lukewarm, previously boiled milk in a clean, lidded jar, then let it ferment overnight in a warm spot. Have you ever tried making it yourself?

I haven't tried that. I prefer buying than making it. I can't trust myself. The one you make looks like a "Gulaman or Gelatin" here with mocha, coffee or toffee flavor. hehe This is mostly I could do as desserts.

No, I’ve never tried, but then I assume I’ll find a way to mess it up.
