I know it is getting unbearably hot for those who don't live in the tropics. To deal with the heat, I give a couple of ideas. This is something I've done since a child. I take a shower or bathe. I don't dry my skin but immediately put on my clothes. They will absorb the water and keep me cool until they dry. A similiar thing is to wash what you intend to wear late, hang it up so it will still be damp in the morning when you put it on. A final trick is to wet a handkerchief and put it on the back of your neck. When it starts to dry, wet it again.
