Have you seen any examples where actors nailed an accent, or totally missed the mark?

....so I just saw a clip of Trevor Noah attempting the Nigerian accent 
and he didn't quite nail it...I'd give him 2/10
It's incredibly tough to imitate the Nigerian accent if you didn't grow up in Nigeria.. I've noticed it in movies too where foreign actors totally missed the mark with the accent when playing Nigerian characters..you watch a movie and you go " that's not how we sound"
It really shows how tricky accents can be, and how deep culture runs.

Accents are a very tough thing to do. I think that actors who want to attempt an accent should take lessons or practice before,

That is interesting because Trevor Noah is pretty good at accents. Was his accent more like a country right next to you?. I do find Hollywood does that sometimes in movies or shows, they kind of blend cultures of an whole area to maybe cover that whole area.
