Meeting up with the Pioneers The 2nd gathering of the pioneer members of our Church is worth attending to. Church members from different wards, branches of various states in our province in Negros Occidental gathered at the conducive Nature's Village in Talisay City. Some of them joined the Church in 60s, 70s abd 80s. My wife and I were baptized in late October 1980. Everyone in the venue exchanged pleasantries, shared faith-promoting testimonies,  showed or presented old pictures the day he or she's converted to the Church. Games to perk up those senior citizens made them happy and enjoyed. One the highlights of the saints gathering is picture taking for year they're converted. Bit we never ever missed the delicious and appetizers foods prepared for our lunch. After our well-deserved get together as ponders, we made a tour to the open house of our newly completed Bacolod Temple. We're so blessed that we become member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for 46 years. Photo is mine
