I can believe it. I have one of those double-insulated mugs (the kind that’s supposed to keep ice for 24 hours) that I have filled up at lunch in case I stop somewhere, or in case of emergency (nobody plans for their car to break down). The one “good” thing about Reynaud’s Syndrome is that I don’t feel the heat after drinking ice cold beverages, so I can usually make it to the car without breaking out in a sweat.

It seems harder to breathe or something when it is too hot and humid. I read it is bad for your heart.
