The Woman Who Claimed That her Husband Never Took her Anywhere and so She Stayed Away.

Sometime back, I was sitting in the bar with a friend and I asked him why all the time he was staying alone. He gave a laugh and said it is the will of god. "What does it mean?" I asked. It means he said that when he was married his wife stayed with him but his wife always claimed he had never taken her anywhere to any good place. I was a little intrigued at this and asked him what was the fact. He replied that after marriage, he had gone for a honeymoon to three places in the Kumaon Hills to Nanital, Ranikhet, and Mussoori and the very next year they had proceeded for a holiday to Kashmir and then on return had a stop over at Dalhousie.. He also arranged a trip by car to Shimla and it was a wonderful time.. later they also visited Darjeeling, but then he said things turned sore and so they began to live apart, though they kept on meeting each other. But he did mention that they had remained loyal to each other. Well friends life has many facets and this is one aspect that I am unable to explain. Perhaps when the woman was making such claims, she never really meant it and was basically a cover-up for the fact that she was staying away from this man. I advised the officer to remain happy and whatever has happened is the will of God.
