Whats a Healthy Breakfast?

I think breakfast is the most important meal of the day. When you get up in the morning, your blood sugar level is low, and you need good, nutritious food to pep you up. Yesterday it was raining, but I still wanted to take a drive and have breakfast outside. I thought it would be a good idea to eat a meal while the rain was pouring.
A few kilometers away from my house in Mumbai, I came across a small cafeteria and decided to have a meal there. It had a fixed breakfast, and I ordered it. It turned out to be one of the best I could've thought of. It consisted of fried eggs and an omelet, sliced chicken, sausages, brown bread with butter, and coffee or tea. I thought what was missing was a glass of juice. But all the same, it was a wonderful breakfast, and I thoroughly felt rejuvenated.
I wonder what people would think of this breakfast, but to me it was a delightful start to the day.
