What Is The Point ??

Yesterday my friends planned to walk to a village around 25 kms from our town without having umbrellas with us. He said we would go to the village only if it doesn't rain only if it does not rain when we leave for the village. I refused to join them. There is no point in not carrying umbrellas with us if a rain stops us from leaving for the proposed walk.

Thank you, my friend. I thought it is stupid to cancel the plan if it rains when we leave for our walk, especially if we have decided not to carry umbrella with us.

I wouldn't want to walk 25km anyway, wet or dry

Thank you. Most people don't want to walk such a long distance. They have planned an adventure.

Yes such pre conditions are of no use. It is better to keep umbrellas with oneself during the monsoons. Unless one wants to get drenched.

Thank you. The pre condition was simply stupid. They planned to walk to the village. It might rain on they way. They know it. Then why should the rain at the beginning of their walk should stop them from implementing the plan??

Thank you. Their plan was nothing but a stupidity. They would leave on Saturday. What if it rains just then?? And what if it rains while they are on their way back home??

Always better to carry umbrella in rainy season. Rain can visit any time unexpectedly.

Thank you. My friend thought what they were doing was an adventure. I told them what they were going to do was nothing but their stupidity. If they were afraid of rain, why did they plan to carry no umbrella with them, and decided not to leave for the walk if it rains Is it not foolish??

@arunima25 I asked them what they would do if it rains in the midway. They had no answer.

An umbrella is important because of the unpredictability of the weather

Thank you. That's what I asked him to do, but they refused. They wanted to go on a adventurous trip. What was this, if not stupidity
