Today, on the new platform where I am teaching English online, we had a heated debate about whether it is important for learners to read aloud first. Well, I'm in favor of allowing the learners to read aloud first, no matter what the level. Reading aloud is a powerful tool for learning English, especially on online platforms. When learners read out loud, they practice pronunciation, improve their listening skills, and gain confidence in speaking. It also helps them notice mistakes and learn the correct way to say words. Online platforms make it easy to record and listen to your voice, or even get feedback from teachers and classmates. By reading aloud regularly, learners can build stronger language skills and become more comfortable using English in real life. How do you feel about reading aloud as part of your English learning routine? Have you tried it on an online platform? Share your experiences!
