Firefighters from various fire departments in Folsom California answered an emergency call on Thursday when a single story home caught fire that spread to the attic. Thanks to the actions of neighbors, a dog that was inside the house managed to get out of the burning building before the firefighters were able to put the fire. Thanks to the homeowner being able to locate a cat that was inside the home since the animal was wearing an AirTag and save their pet. The silver lining in this post is that the attic was damaged but the interior of the house as well as a neighboring home suffered damage to the exterior only.
