Hello, myLot!

I didn't do a "good morning" post today because once I was finished with breakfast and coffee it was time to run to the bus stop--plus this crazy computer of mine wasn't cooperating. 
I caught the bus down town, and then caught the bus to Rohnert Park, where my interview was going to be.
I think I got off at the wrong stop, because when I tried to follow my "Google Maps" thing on my phone (it shows a little dot where I am as I'm walking), but I never did get there.
I called the school to say I was having trouble finding them, and that I would call a Lyft to get the rest of the way. Wouldn't you know it, when I tried to call a Lyft my phone said something about no service.
I stopped outside this--I couldn't tell what it was--the ground was mostly dirt behind a big gate, and there was a fire truck parked in one of the garages in there, but other kinds of trucks were in there, too.
I yelled "Hello?" a few times, and one guy either didn't hear me or totally ignored me, and finally another guy came to the gate.
I explained to him that I was trying to get to an interview, and that my phone wouldn't let me call a Lyft to get there. At first he tried to give me some sort of directions, and then he offered me a ride, which I gladly took. He seemed nice enough--he told me his name was Bill.
He wasn't sure where the place was either, so I pulled up the GPS on my phone again and told him where to turn and such.
Finally, I got there. I thanked him profusely and went in to the interview.
There were two young (compared to me) ladies who did the interview, and they asked me stuff like "What would I do if..." Hopefully, I gave them good answers.
They showed me the different rooms where different ages of kids were (from infant to...I forget what age. It reminded me a lot of how the Coast guard daycare was set up--hopefully that was the only similarity. 
Before I left, they said they had a couple more interviews to do and they would know by Friday.
I left and wondered how I was going to get home, then I saw a bus stop sign a yard or two away.
As it turned out, when the bus came, it was a city (of Rohnert Park) bus, and when I told the driver that I was trying to get to Petaluma, he said there was a stop over by Taco Bell (which I had no idea of the location of there) and that he'd drop me off there.
He dropped me off, and then I waited...1/2 an hour? 45 minutes? Until the bus showed up, and I headed home.
When we got to Petaluma, I stopped at the shopping center kitty corner from the one across the street from me, and walked the rest of the way home (as opposed to going all the way to the transit mall across town and waiting for the bus that would bring me back to this side of town).
So, that's two interviews down. I have one coming up on...great, I can't seem to find the date. Emailed the lady I was supposed to have it with to find out if she knew. I picked a date on her "calendy" thing.
Oh... and when I got home there was the usual pink note on my door saying that someone had been in my apartment (people from the office and...something I can't read--I'm assuming maintenance--wait, I just figured it out--it says "Maint" )
Anyway, That's where I've been. Hope all is well with you in your part of myLot land!
