My Roku TV hasn't worked for months, and when I tried to call Roku the first time, I got hung up on. This morning when I called, I got some guy I could barely understand, who after talking for several minutes told me I had to call my internet provider. The internet provider hand one of those silly computer voice things, and I called twice and dealt with that. The first time, after a lot of talking and being put on hold, I got hung up on. The second time the lady was supposedly transferring me to a different department, and I decided I had waited too long and hung up on them. Maybe I'll try again next week, but right now I'm too disgusted. Then, my computer started doing an upgrade thing, and it took at least half an hour to finish with that. I guess because it was doing it so long the screen went completely black, and I thought I would have to try to contact my upstairs tech-savvy neighbor, when suddenly the computer restarted or something. Argh. On top of that my phone has been acting weird. I really wish I could go back to the 70's when I didn't have to deal with all of this garbage sometimes...
