I Like Vapofreeze Pain Relief Spray

After the orthopedist gave me a shot in my right knee two months ago it hasn’t hurt anymore But now the left knee is hurting. So I’ve sprayed this VapoFreeze on the left knee. I really like how it smells. I’m curious to see how well it relieves the pain overnight I am going to get a shot in the left knee this Thursday.

Hopefully the injection works just as well on your left knee as it did on your right. It's always encouraging when one treatment gives you confidence that the next one might help too. I hope the VapoFreeze gives you a bit of relief until Thursday.

Biofreeze always worked on my mom, but my dad always used a liquid Ibuprofen on his knee. It dried on his skin, then peeled off a few hours later. I never could find a topical that worked for me, unfortunately. Well, I did find a magnesium lavender roll on that helped a lot. But that’s a bit different.

It's great if it works. However, it's probably only temporary relief the pain. It would be better if the underlying cause could be treated. I think your decision to see a doctor was the right one. I hope your left knee gets better soon.
