i have a bundle plan that includes wifi router for home , cable tv subscription and a postpaid mobile phone call and data subscription. I already had the mobile data and call plan discontinued already like 6 months ago. but then i still get charged monthly. every time I visit their business office, they would say that it's just glitch on their system that they have reported it. they would adjust the excess payment I made and credit it to my next bill. but then each month, I have to report again that my new bill still show i get charged again and they would adjust it again on their computer if report it to them again.
seems they can easily get away with their excuse and that customers can't do anything about it as they can make excuses.
Like they don't want me out of their service that had ended already. that they just want to get charged still. maybe they just want to get tired of visiting their business office to complain and expect me just to keep paying for it.
Why would not they fix the glitch. how come they airways same excuse that they made a report but sadly no one has been able to read that report they forwarded to the people who should handle the reports and complaints.
it seems these big companies had so much control

Since you are from the Philippines, e-mail the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) at their email address
consumer@ntc.gov.ph and CC your internet provider, they will surely do something about it within 24 hours, I can assure you this is very effective.
