i have a bundle plan that includes wifi router for home , cable tv subscription and a postpaid mobile phone call and data subscription. I already had the mobile data and call plan discontinued already like 6 months ago. but then i still get charged monthly. every time I visit their business office, they would say that it's just glitch on their system that they have reported it. they would adjust the excess payment I made and credit it to my next bill. but then each month, I have to report again that my new bill still show i get charged again and they would adjust it again on their computer if report it to them again. seems they can easily get away with their excuse and that customers can't do anything about it as they can make excuses. Like they don't want me out of their service that had ended already. that they just want to get charged still. maybe they just want to get tired of visiting their business office to complain and expect me just to keep paying for it. Why would not they fix the glitch. how come they airways same excuse that they made a report but sadly no one has been able to read that report they forwarded to the people who should handle the reports and complaints. it seems these big companies had so much control

This happens here quite a lot and I think these companies do it on purpose

terrible indeed that it happens not only in a third world county like mine. but also happens to your country which is advanced

Since you are from the Philippines, e-mail the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) at their email address consumer@ntc.gov.ph and CC your internet provider, they will surely do something about it within 24 hours, I can assure you this is very effective.

Is there another company you can switch to and cut them off altogether? They are obviously lying and have no intention of crediting you the excess you are paying.

it's frustrating specially if the amount I have to pay is big for the service our subscription that are cut off already. although on my case, the amount actually was like $2.50 only monthly that should motor be charged anymore. but still, they should stop charging me

I still wonder the real reason why they can't do anything
