My friend failed to send a message when he got back to his hotel in Genoble. Company headquarters is in Genoble and he'll be there for two weeks. I would wake up several times in the middle of the night just to check if he got back to his hotel room but nope. I worry and I worry a lot. He needs to drive for about an hour and that worries me. I am a worrier and I do worry for people I care about. Same when Craig started school and when he's not home on time, I would worry.

I would say worry not!! Of you start stopping worrying about some things you will worry about less And then worrying becomes less habitual But sometimes we go on worrying because we do care. And then all my advice is crap Lol

Worrying is a natural reaction, especially when you care about someone. However, too much of it can sometimes be misunderstood, making others take your concern for granted. We found an app that connects loved ones and tracks their location through a phone. It has helped ease my wife’s worries about our son’s whereabouts since we can now see his movements and location.

@toniganzon oh yes of course that app is more appropriate for family members who wouldn’t mind being tracked online.

I guess it's ok to worry. Like others say, it's a natural reaction. The problem comes in when it's too much, to the point that, as the cartoon says, it stops you from enjoying the good. As they say: too much of anything is bad.

He has a weak heart and suffered a heart attack which led him to have an emergency surgery a few months back. So I worry when he doesn't send a message. His work can be very stressful and he drives a bit far in Genoble.

I worry too but im trying to train myself to remain calm in tough situations. If things ain't going the way I want, I try not to panic. I hope I master that art because worrying solves nothing

Hope you do. When you will have your own kids some day it's difficult not to worry. Especially in a dangerous world like ours right now.
