Eggs Benedict for dinner

When’s the last time you’ve had Eggs Benedict?
I’ve tried many times to make this in the past, everything’s easy except for the Hollandaise Sauce, anything from packet mix doesn’t quite taste the same as when you make it from scratch, or better (and easier) yet, get it from a restaurant.
Mom & uncle had doc appointments this afternoon and stopped to eat afterwards and brought me my fave.
Do you like Eggs Benedict?
Love dipping the potatoes in the sauce..

I would eat that and enjoy doing so.
I can't remember the last time we had Eggs Benedict.
Or Dirk Benedict
Packets stuff seldom tastes as good as home made
