I love to get nice things in the mail

So, when I was checking on the mail I found something from my mortgage company. I was kind of smelling a rat, because if they send letters outside the payment time frame it is usually not good news. Well not this time, apparently there was a decent size surplus in my escrow account. They said by law they have to issue a check..Yes! I would be fine applying it to the mortgage, but a check is preferable..especially with that expensive trip coming up, and most certainly a gigantic power bill next month..so bring it on! Hope it gets here soon. Any good mail in your box lately?

I got some cash in the mail, and some things to review (a really pretty ring and by contrast a goofy set of earrings). I need to check my mail again though because I’m expecting a PayPal check and I don’t want to miss it.
I’m so glad it came around the time so close to the trip. That must be a big relief to you.

If I can I will. I would be more likely to put it on a credit card bill if I didn't spend it outright though I have some moderate to large expenses at the moment
