We are up bright and early after a horrible night of sleep. We are in Monroe, Louisiana for my grandson's Christening this morning. The hotel that we normally stay at was booked solid, we had to choose another one, which was a bit tricky due to so many being booked solid. We ended up at Red Roof Inn and this place really needs an update. However, it is clean and the AC works well. I skipped over one other possibility due to so many complaining about the AC there. In 98 degree weather, you need AC!! So today is Nolan's day! We will be heading to the Church in just a few and then over to their house to visit for a bit. I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday!
