I notice that I really have to turn on the airconditioner almost all the time. I drink much more water nowadays. I wear sandals instead of covered shoes. How do you cope with the hot weather?

You adjust to it the best that you can. I would say summer is here, not global warming. It's colder now in the winter here so that, to me would contradict global warming.

It was 103 F today (39 C), and I stayed inside with my air conditioner and fan. I plan everything I need to do before 11am. Oklahoma is just too hot.

First of all, that's not global warming. That's your body needing to re-adapt to the existing heat because you're aging. Second, I avoid the hottest part of the day and stay inside. I do what I can, to stay cool when I do have to go out. My husband, who is older than me, wears long pants even indoors, and can get cold easily because of blood thinners. Age and time really do matter because no two people respond to heat the same, and you'll find as you get older, you'll notice your toloranceses changing.
