Firefighters rescue 6 persons who were inside of a boat that took on water

Thanks to the teamwork of the Knoxville County Rescue (KCR) and the Knoxville Fire Department who answered an emergency call on Saturday when a boat that had six persons aboard a boat was taking on water. The firefighters and volunteers were able to rescue the six passengers by escorting the boat to the ramp without anyone getting hurt. The firefighters are grateful to the volunteers who assisted them to rescue the passengers. The name of the body of water in Knoxville was not mentioned.
