I've been busy working on the fish shelter &
my 75 gal aquarium in between breaks here
& there, we still have a lot to get done with
the fish shelter but we're getting there slowly
but surely, it's not easy working with a 80 yr
old on tall 10 ft ladders & no extra help.
So I have to give him time to do what he
can when he feels like he can work for a
few hrs. & then get him to take a few hours
break, so when he messed up his hand
a few days ago I had a few days to work
on my 75 gal Aquarium to get it back
in order again & that took a few days to do.
But we've gotten the framework up & the
rafters all done, so what's next is
I d k?
I do know I have 2 tons of dirt in my yard
that we're going to use to get the ground
level where it's a few inches of where we
want to ground level to be & 4 ft deep at
the other area where most the leveling
has to be done which is going to be fun.
Cause where the shelter is to where the
dirt is it's going to take a wheelbarrel to
get it where we need to put it
fun fun
about 20-30 ft apart, thank God we have
a wheel barrel with 2 front tires on it &
it's a good sized 1 so it won't be too bad.
That's not even the worst part of this
whole project
next will be the gravel
that will be going in the same area (20-30 feet)
from the shelter cause why ?
cause we can't get a dump truck to the shelter.
Why ? cause the yard where we have isn't
level enough for the driver to rise it
it has a slight learn to it & that's not good.
So yeah it's not a easy project but it's getting
done 1 day -week at a time so MAYBE by
spring of NEXT YEAR I'll have it going
& I'll work on getting it going for some new fish.
I'm getting all I can for a video as how it all
went so when it's completely done & running
I'll put the video on here for you to see "clips"
so don't count me out just yet, I'm just busy.
Here is a video of what I have going on with
getting the fish shelter up & running (B-low)

I'm trying to, I hope by the end of this month to be
a lot closer to having the roof on & the walls put up
that would be a big progress to get the pond under it
B-4 it starts snowing.

Sounds and looks like a huge project. Good luck with all of that.

No it's not, but we are determined to get it done, knowing
it's going to take some time & effort on both our part.
