So, just a few minutes ago, @teamfreak16 and I were talking about WPM, typing skills, and getting older. That got me curious enough to take a typing test since I realized I hadn't done one in probably ten years. I Googled it, clicked the first result, and took a one-minute test. I think I did pretty well. If I'd been paying a little more attention, I probably could have done even better. Still, 74 WPM with 98% accuracy isn't too bad if you ask me. Have you ever taken a WPM test?

That's pretty good. I'm not that accurate as much anymore. I wouldn't come close.

I've always been a pretty good typist. But I also grew up with computers being a key part of learning etc. My grandparents also had a typewriter that I loved when I was a kid.

@thislittlepennyearns - I learned on a manual typewriter. When I got an electric, I could fly on it.

@teamfreak16 I liked the manual typewriter more than the electric. I don't know call me an old soul, or nostalgic or whtever. But there's just something about the sounds of an old typewriter.

Not since high school, but I think it'd come back inaccurate because Apple is well known for their auto-correct. I've noticed my spelling appears much better then it actually is because it's always correcting something.

@thislittlepennyearns I usually type pretty fast. I've broekn several keyboards. At least windows keyboards and crashed Jaws because of how fast I can type. If I'm not feeling super distracted I think I can easly do 100/minute or more. BUt focus isn't always on my side and I'll get distracted. So far Apple's computers can keep up with me and my mad typing skills.

@kaylachan I used to be 110 a minute. So if I was paying attention better I could proabbly get close to that again. I am a beast on touch screen. Almost better than I am on a keyboard, which is wild.

I;m using my HP right now, but yeah Apple would probably hinder really good results.
