Do you have a bedtime?

I know that sounds like a funny question to ask a group of adults, but hear me out. Some people are creatures of habit. They eat dinner, wake up, and go to bed at the same time every single day. Then there are people who don't follow a set schedule. They wake up whenever they feel rested, eat whenever they're hungry, and go to bed whenever they're tired. I'm definitely in the second group. We usually eat dinner around the same time, especially when I'm cooking, mostly because of the kids. Other than that, I don't have a set bedtime. I'm usually up until the wee hours of the morning. Every now and then, though, I'll go to bed fairly early—somewhere between 9:00 and 11:00 p.m.—only to wake up around 1:00 or 2:00 a.m. Then I'll stay awake until 5:00 or 6:00 before going back to sleep until around 10:00, if I can. So, what about you, people of myLot? Do you have a set bedtime, or do you just go to bed whenever you feel tired?

I seem to go between two different setups, six months each. One part of the year I fall asleep at 9pm, and the other six months I stay up until 2am or 3am. Either way, I never sleep in, but the amount of sleep can really vary. As for my dinner schedule, I just eat whenever I feel hungry.

I have always been a just go to sleep whenever I'm tired. And if the kids didn't act they were starving starting at 4pm, we woulnd't eat till like 730.

My bedtime starts at 11 pm. However, I wake up at 3.30 or 4 in to morning.. I need an afternoon sista to complete my quota.

Siesta is the correct way to spell that. And how do you have time for a nap?
