Notes On What A Graven Image Is

The Bible says not to create "graven images". A graven image is literally an idol. If you want an example of a graven image, the golden calf is one,look it up in the Bible. I'm writing this because there was a woman who thought the word graven had to do with death, and she was teaching that. I know it sounds like the word grave, but it's distinctly different. This post is meant for correction,not as an attack on the person. If people are going to teach, they need to know about the subjects they are teaching. This is true of the Bible or anything else. Anyway, just needed to put this out there. Thanks for your time.
