Well today was off to a slow start. George and I had a basic lazy morning in bed. We got up in time to give him meds and do other things, and apparently I'm going shopping today with George. He's also thinking about the gym tomorrow, which is a good thing I suppose. I'm not going to complain because it is what it is. We need some of the high priced things so there's that, too.

It's good to know George wants to go to gym. Did you ask the doctor about it. I don't go to gym. I do exercises at home.

We don't have access to a pool, and sometimes I need extra help. Hence the gym membership.

@kaylachan I can understand it, my friend. I have never been to a pool or a gym. I just do exercises and yoga at home and I walk ten kms every morning..I don't have to pay for a gym and I am fit.
