Feeling Lazy

I haven't been going for my early morning. walk, because the jungle is beyond the fields that have been muddy due to heavy rain. Today is the 15 th day. I get up at 4.30 a.m., but don't go for morning walk. Instead, I do situps and pushups so that I can stay fit. But I have noticed that walking 10 kms every early morning is much better than doing situps and and pushups at home. I'm now feeling lazy. I now feel like doing anything. Yesterday the weather suddenly became cloudy and I was afraid that the mud will take a long time to dry. However it. didn't rain. Today also the day was cloudy, but it didn't rain. If we have two or three sunny days, I hope the mud would get dried up completely and I would resume morning walk again.

You are anything but lazy. I hope though, that you soon resume your walks. I know how helpful walks can be.

@Shivram59 Oh yes, that’s true. We used to live in an area that flooded frequently, and every rain copperheads used to come out. I can’t remember how many we would find in our backyard.

@AmbiePam Yes, rain water enter their holes and they come out. Especially in the jungles they can be found here and there. Most of them are poisonous. You need to walk very carefully in jungles.

Thank you, my friend. For last two days we are not having rain. If is doesn't rain for two or three days more, the mud will dry up and it would be easy to walk through the fields to reach the jungles. My mother though warned me against snakes who comebout of their holes in rainy season.

Look into a treadmill or something that you can use to keep things up when you can't get out

The doctors said that walking is much better than exercise especially if you want to cut weight.

Being able to go out somewhere is so much better and nicer than doing a few exercises at home.

Thank you. I agree a brisk walk every early morning is very very good for your health. I've realised it in my own life. When you walk early morning, you do physical exercise and, at the same time, inhale pure air.
