I know, batteries are a really scintillating topic. I was wondering what everyone else was using. I mostly use AA, and while Duracell and Energizer have always been good, I switched to Rayovac because they were cheaper, and at first they seemed fine. Now though, they seem to be getting less dependable. What about you?

My husband's company sold small batteries by the box (large boxes) and he stocked up on them before he retired because he got them at a special price. We use duracell, and for the AA's we have 12 left and many many more of the AAA size.

@AmbiePam I literally gave a big box of them to one of my nieces as her children were at the age where they had alot of toys that needed batteries, she was so thankful for that. It ended the running out of batteries issue pretty quickly.

No, like for a clock or for a TV remote.

I don't tend to use a particular brand, but Energizer batteries last forever. I do like those. It depends on what I want the batteries for..in some cases any store brand alkaline battery will do.

I often buy rayovac. They seem to do well in the trail cams

I use whatever is around. Many of the batteries I use are of the pancake variety.

I just looked. They're Energizer. I buy them from the gas station across the street.
