I missed Lily

It's been almost 8 days since I got back to the house where I’m staying. Since I left Lily the cat. It feels like there’s something I’m looking for. The responsibility of taking care of her and the joy, waking up and before going to sleep. I know Its not my cat at all she was just taken care of by me for 1 month., but the joy is different when you have a pet. I'm planning to get one, but it seems like my aunt won't allow it. She has asthma, though I do too, but I'm stubborn. I’d rather choose the joy that comes with cats. Yesterday was my day off. When I was with Lily, we played for almost an hour before I started on the house chores. And now, when I wake up, I go straight to house chores. It seems I had lots of time yesterday. I'm trying to finish the novel but I can't focus. It makes me sad how ever. really it breaks my heart.
