Insomnia.

It’s nearing 2:30, and I’m still wide awake and kicking.
Which really isn’t anything new. I honestly can’t remember the last time I got a full night’s sleep, except for when I’ve been very sick or heavily medicated because of being sick. I take a pain reliever, a muscle relaxer, blood thinners, and a sleep aid every night. Sometimes they all work together and I can actually get to sleep, and other nights it’s like I didn’t take my meds at all.
I’ve caught up with my notifications, so now I’m going to catch up on y’all’s posts while I watch The Ranch.
Anybody else struggle with insomnia?

I’ve had some days like that. And it is horrible I agree.

I've accepted that I've just always had a less-than-"normal" sleep pattern. At least it seems easier to see it that way.

I've worked a lot of night shifts, so a lot of that is because of that. But I've also always had problems with sleeping lol.

@thislittlepennyearns - I was tailor-made for the overnight shift. I used to request it when we went to the field.
