I have an issue with my weight. And recently my sugar and cholesterol are higher than normal. I know i have to do something is i want to live longer LoL I had to decide what kind of sport to do daily and brisk walking is my best choice. It burns more sugar or calories but still save for my knee. Running is not good for my knee because of weight. I have to decrease my weight if i want to run. it may take a couple of month for me to get my weight lower or under 80. Now its 82. I also don't consume sugar anymore for daily diet. every afternoon I do brisk walking about 2km in 15 minutes. hopefully i can go further so there will be more sugar and calories burnt in my leg.

@nawala123 I’m at 84 kg down from 89 two months ago. I walk briskly every day too, and I’ve cut out as much sugar as possible from my diet and I already feel much better. My goal is to reduce to 75kg.

I feel much better now. Your goal is awesome. Hopefully it come soon. Sugar gives us energy but when we don't use it it become "blubber"

Brisk walking is indeed very good for the body, and saves wear and tear on the joints. I’m sure you can get the weight off if you stay consistent.

Everyone wants to live long. It is a good decision to do some exercise regularly.

Brisk walking is good. I think you are very sensible trying to eradicate any problems now.
