To me this is the definition of punk, people always ask what is punk. Dude he is trying to stop her from setting the world on fire in order to change him. You can't , just let him do what he does, what you should do with anyone. Why do feel you need to change them if they not harming anything and to me I think this dude probably helped the world, so why do you feel you need to change him?
