What do you do when you're too frustrated?

I become a monster! When I'm frustrated, I get so mad. And then I'd end up crying. I hate the feeling of getting frustrated. Who doesn't? They said writing a journal helps. But I don't want to record any negative feelings in my journal. That's why I don't read what I write. Never do, never did.

What do you do when you're too frustrated? Well I haven't had that level of frustration for a long long time I can't recall the last time I was at all frustrated I have never written a journal either

You're living a good life Jim. It's the people around me that makes me so frustrated.

Pretty much the same for me. It’s really hard being in that situation, and all sorts of negative emotions tend to surface. Journaling can help you sort things out once you’re past it, which is why many suggest writing things down and reflecting on them later, so next time you’ll know how to handle it and get through it. Honestly, I couldn’t do it either, since I don’t feel well enough to write and express myself confidently and honestly when I’m in that state.

I complain about whatever it is that's making me feel that way. Wather it be speaking out loud, or writing it down with the laptop. At the end of the day, it's about getting the feelings out. Not reflecting on them. If something kept happening that made me need to vent more often then usual, then i'd look back and analize what events lead to that feeling, what they have in common and what I can do to change them.

That's very nice that you try to analyze it.

Getting mad is ok as long as you do not hurt anyone.

I like to see on the steaming channels slapstick comedy when a male character gets slapped across the face by a female and the male character loses his temper and he hurls his baseball cap on the ground and he jumps and down since he was falsely accused of harming someone.
