Forging Wills Can Boomrang

This is not a topic that may interest everybody. However it is something that concerns everybody especially those people who leave behind vast and valuable properties like houses and arable lands. The problem comes when a deceased dies intestate; that is without a will. I know of a case of a rich industrialist who died without a will. He has 2 sons and the younger forged a will claiming his father had transferred the property to him.The will was contested and the forger got 2 years jail. In another case a brother transferred all property to him and his sisters got nothing. The brother is enjoying the property as the sisters accepted as they were not aware of the law. Perhaps it's part of the game.
