Happy Monday, Peeps (and My Weekend)!

Happy Monday, peeps! I hope everyone had a good weekend! I’d say I did. Friday: I took the day off and went out with my best friend. We hit up Dunkin, Food Lion (grocery store), and I can’t remember. Then, we went to her house (technically, her boyfriend’s house, but she and the kiddo spent the summer there). We relaxed for a bit and waited for both the food and my younger sister to arrive. Then, we talked, ate, and watched “The Haunted Mansion” (2023) and “Hocus Pocus.” My sister dropped me off at home later that night. Saturday: I went to the coffee shop because I had work to do. When I got home, I relaxed for a while. I decorated the back on my Nintendo Switch and played some Animal Crossing New Horizons, which I own now. Sunday: I went to the mall with some of the family and the movies with two of my nieces. We saw Nimrods: A Green Day Comedy. It was funny, and I do like Green Day (rock/punk band). After the movie, we went to a few stores, including a new one that opened up called Miss A. Everything is about a $1, give or take. I bought a black hair clip and two plushie keychains (one for me and my niece, the other one didn’t want anything) for $1.55 each. I plan to go back! Unfortunately, the mall itself is always warm, so that’s my one downfall. Otherwise, it’s my favorite mall, but for crying out loud, turn the AC on or something! Anywho, I relaxed at home, got ready for my work week, and went to bed. Now, I’m at the coffee shop, working on a writing order. It’s one of my last two direct orders from this client. I’ll work on the other one tomorrow. When I get home, I’m planning to relax and eat dinner. Tonight is Yahtzee Night at a local restaurant, but I doubt I’m eating out tonight. So, I’ll eat before I go. It’s not a big deal. Alrighty, I’m going to wrap this up and get back to work. I want to finish this order within the next hour and a half.
