There is this politician most people would know if I said the name. I could mention the lies he told, or the many times he sexually harassed women, and I can just hear you say, hey, that doesn’t narrow it down at all! Sad, but true. And people have been vocal about condemning his actions. And to be fair, they condemn it all across the board. No one thinks it’s okay to do and say vile things about women. Right? RIGHT?! Yet, some know about those same traits in men that are not politicians. They walk among us, they harass openly online. And those same people, those very same women condemning the politician, overlook it in other guys. They blow it off. Carry on as if nothing happened. After all, it didn’t happen to them.
