I am up, yes, I was able to sleep the other night and I was up at 3 Am. I am glad I was able to sleep, so I can still have energy for the night meeting, I hope I will not be late.
How are you guys doing? I am about to drink my medicine, and wait for another hour before I can eat breakfast. Do you have medicine that requires you to wait an hour before you can eat again?
have a great day ahead, a few hours to go and weekend is kicking in.

You got to meds! I hope everything is good there. I am still having headaches due to my TMJ third adjustment, because the second one did not went well and it gave severe headache, neck and backpain.

6:3O PM, and I am kinda scared because its raining, I hope it will not rain tonight, imagine the meeting is somewhere in quezon city!!! But I am excited and scared as well.

Glad you were able to get some good sleep! Hopefully you won’t be late for your meeting and still have enough energy for the night. I don’t think I’ve ever had medicine that required me to wait a full hour before eating, but I can imagine that must be a little inconvenient. Have a great day too, and enjoy the weekend when it finally arrives!
