Notes On Today & Some Necessary Reassurances

Dear all,
My wife had a Dr.'s appointment today. It went well, but I'll let her elaborate on that in her own posts as she wants to and gets around to it.
I know some of you are concerned about her dietary choice, but she's not unmonitored, nor going at it in an extreme "wild West"/irresponsible type fashion.
If something needs adjustment, we'll adjust. We are both thinking adult humans. On that, that's all I'll say and let the matter rest.

She'sdoing what's best for her, and that's all anyone can ask for. While well meaning, only your wife knows what works for her. I know how she feels. I'm one of those not keen on so-called 'good for you foods', but I know my limits, too.

I just wanted to clarify certain things, because some people here seem to think she's just winging it,when that's not the case at all. She's being clinically supervised, actually, @kaylachan. I can promise all of us involved care about her well being.

@jnrdutton I know and she does say as much. People who live it know what it's really like. Trust me, I know. DOn't let the ignerance of others get into your head.
