Firefighters rescue a man who was inside of a garbage truck

San Francisco Fire Department (SFFD) firefighters answered an emergency call from a concerned citizen who was a witness when a man dove into a garbage truck while the man was going through the trash and a garbage truck picked up the man who was in need of assistance of being rescued on Wednesday around 4 am. The SFFD firefighters spent two hours rescuing the man who was trapped inside of the garbage section of the truck. The injured man was taken to a local hospital by an ambulance to be treated for his injuries with his condition is not known at this time. One SFFD firefighter was taken to a local hospital for an injury to his hand when he had to rescue the man who was in need of being rescued. My belief is that the man who was inside the garbage truck was likely looking for food since I think that the man may be homeless. Link is msn.com/en-us/news/oth...
